Diana Jones
With over 20 years of experience in education, I am honored to serve as the new Principal of Victory Autism Academy’s Sun City campus. Throughout my career, I have held a variety of roles including teacher, coach, mentor, and administrator, each one strengthening my dedication to student success and staff development. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Education, a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction, and a second master’s degree in Educational Leadership. I am also a certified school administrator, prepared to lead with both purpose and heart.
My leadership philosophy is grounded in collaboration, equity, and building a strong, inclusive school community. I believe in fostering authentic relationships and creating a supportive environment where students, families, and staff feel valued and empowered. I am committed to continuous learning, especially in the areas of academic achievement and student growth. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my two sons and my wonderful husband, going to the beach, and cherishing moments with family. I am excited to partner with the Victory Autism Academy team to ensure every student thrives academically, socially, and emotionally.
